A Little Bit About Nal’s Kitchen

When it comes to Nal’s dressings, its founder, Nalini Potineni, only uses high quality healthy promoting ingredients that blend to create a perfect flavor balance. “Health is important, but people should also like to eat it. Liking what you eat is the first step in eating healthy,” says Nalini. Her dressings and spreads include ingredients like ginger, tamarind, raw honey, and garlic, which many different cultures consider to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-fungal, and other health benefits. All the products from Nal’s Kitchen use organic expeller-pressed oil and are free of artificial colors and flavors, gluten, soy, dairy, and preservatives. Plus, Nalini still makes each batch herself from scratch in the company’s commercial kitchen in Illinois—it doesn’t get any healthier or more homemade than that!
