This Halloween, YOU have the chance to win a free pair of scarily stylish HarvesTime socks! You can either enter with the cashier when you’re in-store or online by following our official Facebook or Instagram account and commenting your favorite Halloween product on the giveaway post! The deadline to enter is 10/30/2026, 9PM CST and the winner will be chosen on November 2nd. We will contact the winner with the contact information provided in the store or via social media depending on how you entered. Respond back before November 9th to claim your prize or a new winner will be drawn!

#2. Promotion Period
The HarvesTime Foods Socks Giveaway begins when the promotion is announced and ends on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 9:00 PM Central Time (CT) (“Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
#3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of Chicago, Illinois, and surrounding areas who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are able to collect their prize in person at HarvesTime Foods, 2632 W. Lawrence Ave, Unit 54, Chicago, IL 60625.
Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
#4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter during the Promotion Period using one of the following methods.
- #A. Free Social Media Entry
To enter for free, participants may comment on the official HarvesTime Foods giveaway post on either Instagram or Facebook and answer the question posed in the post: “What is your favorite HarvesTime product?”
Participants must follow the entry instructions in the official giveaway post and meet all eligibility requirements.
Participants may optionally tag a friend in their comment. Tagging a friend is not required to enter and does not provide an additional entry or improve the participant’s odds of winning.
Participants do not need to purchase anything to enter through social media.
- #B. In-Store Entry With Purchase
Eligible participants may also enter in-store when making a purchase at HarvesTime Foods. Participants must follow the entry instructions provided by store staff.
A purchase is not required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not provide additional entries or improve a participant’s odds of winning.
#Entry Limit
Each eligible person may submit a maximum of one (1) entry for the entire promotion, regardless of entry method.
Participants who enter through social media may not submit another entry through an in-store purchase, and participants who enter in-store may not submit another entry through social media.
Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
All entries must be received by Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 9:00 PM Central Time (CT).
#5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) set of HarvesTime socks.
- Number of prizes: 10
- Approximate retail value per prize: $20
- Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $200
Each winner may receive only one prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution will be offered except at Sponsor’s discretion where permitted by law.
#6. Winner Selection and Notification
Ten potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winners will be contacted on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, either by direct message through the social media account used to enter or through the contact information provided with an eligible in-store entry.
Potential winners must respond and claim their prize by Monday, November 9, 2026, at 9:00 PM Central Time (CT).
If a potential winner does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion will be final to the extent permitted by law.
#7. Odds of Winning
Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible person may submit no more than one (1) entry for the entire promotion. Each of the ten winners will receive one set of HarvesTime socks with an approximate retail value of $20. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $200.

Winners must follow Sponsor’s reasonable instructions to verify eligibility and arrange prize collection.
Prizes must be claimed and collected no later than Monday, November 9, 2026, at 9:00 PM Central Time (CT).
No purchase or payment will be required to claim a prize. Prizes will not be shipped or delivered.
If a winner fails to claim their prize by the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, subject to applicable law.
#9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries and to suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s administration of the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these rules excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform on which it is promoted.
